It never ceases to amaze me how devious scammers can be. What about this Zango Cash Toolbar scam recently discovered on MySpace by Websense Security Labs?
Websense discovered a number of profiles on MySpace that contained fake videos that looked like they were hosted on YouTube.
When visitors clicked on the video to view it, they were directed to a site called yootube.info, which was hosted in Amsterdam. They were in turn directed to a Windows Media video that asks users to accept a licensing agreement.
When the video downloaded, it also attempted to install the Zango Cash Toolbar. Apparently, the scammers would have received 40 cents for every installation.
This scam again emphasizes why it’s so important to be extremely careful when clicking “yes” to any installation window that appears on your computer’s screen, especially when it’s unexpected, such as when watching videos (which usually don’t require you to install anything new on your computer).

Hi Fiona,
Why don’t you pop your question onto the forums - you might be able to get some help there…
Good luck

Hey John -
I just read your book because I work for a local musician who is releasing a Christmas CD this month. He wants his MySpace page to mirror the look of the album. I know this probably isn’t the best place to ask a question, but I don’t know if you ever check your MySpace account.
I was just wondering if you knew how to make the table borders an image. I want the tables to be bordered by Christmas lights and don’t know how to get that look.
Thanks for the help,
Fiona Hutcheson
