Hacking MySpace has been available in book stores in the US for the last couple of weeks, but I only received my author’s copies yesterday.
While I’ve written a number of books over the years, I still get a buzz when I first see the finished product. I think the publisher, Wiley, has done a great job on the cover design and layout.
And yes, the book is red, and not blue (as it was shown in the previews).
If you do decide to get a copy, or already have one, I’d really like to get your feedback. I’d also be interested in hearing about any ideas you have for this site.

hey, I just bought your book. It’s great. Very informative and easy to follow. I just started my myspace profile and am having fun with your ideas. The chapters on HTML and CSS , like you said, aren’t very exciting but they give you a good understanding of how things work. I do have a question. I’m not sure if this is the correct forum for this but in Chapter 13(backgrounds) I’ve been trying to get an image to appear on the background like I’ve seen on other profiles. I created it in photoshop and hosted it on imageshack(one of your recommendations) and inserted the code provided with my url embedded:
a, body, input, table, td, textarea{background-color: transparent; border: none; border-width: 0;}
body{background-image: url…;
background-attachment: scroll;
background-repeat: repeat;
background-position: center center;}
but when I save it I can’t see my image . Am I doing this wrong. Any insight would be appreciated. Keep up the good work. -jb

uhhh someone hacked into my myspace and they changed the password and stuff and now i cant get into it and they are sending people bad messages and stuff so i need to learn how to hack into peoples profiles so i can get mine back and i was wondering if u could tell me how to do that so if anyone knows how u should email me or something thanks.
